Request to Observe Meeting Form

By submitting this request to attend the Council meeting as an observer, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to abide by the expectations below.

Expectactions

• We provide a designated seating area for observers and a copy of the meeting agenda at the observer seats.
• We do not permit recording of meeting proceedings. All electronic devices including, but not limited to, phones, tablets, notebooks and laptops must be turned off and stowed away.
• You will remain quiet during the Council meeting, allowing Council to focus on Council business.
• The Chair is the spokesperson for Council, therefore, individual Councillors will not comment to observers on meeting proceedings. If you want clarification, have comments or concerns, you may send them to the Chair in writing after the meeting.
• We are not responsible for any costs or expenses you incur to attend Council meetings.
